Roll forming machine need use PLC screen to set parameters.the parameters have two types ,one type is for the roll forming machine ,one type is for the customer.the roll forming machine parameters has Single pulse length, overshoot, profiling distance, profiling time, cutter time etc,the customer’s parameters has Number of sheets, length, first section, last section, pitch, number of sections ets.

Roll formimg machine need be with the high-number pulse input function, the high-number input performance is excellent, and the AB phase has strong anti-interference ability. And use fixed value interrupt function to ensure the accuracy.
